In the years 2022-2024, I was an active member of the Black Affairs Council at the University of Georgia. I served on the Freshman Advisory Board in 2022. On this board, twelve individuals and I had the opportunity to plan and host events for our peers and the larger University of Georgia campus. In 2023-2024, I served as the director of Public Relations, where I created engaging flyers to be posted via social media to create engagement and promote events throughout campus.
I founded Minorities in Public Health at the University of Georgia in 2023, establishing a student organization dedicated to fostering professional connections, promoting service, and advancing awareness of public health among underrepresented communities.

As president of the Eta Xi Chapter of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc., I led a chapter of 43 members, overseeing executive operations, philanthropy initiatives, and community engagement projects. During my term, I strengthened chapter unity, enhanced recruitment outcomes, and implemented leadership development programs for members.
With my work at the Fontaine Center, I had the opportunity to become UMatter-trained, lead multiple tabling events on healthy behaviors, and plan and organize a university-wide event during Kindness Week that promoted building healthy relationships by stuffing bears and playing games with other students.

In the years 2023-25, I worked as an assistant at the College of Public Health. As an assistant, I had the opportunity to help strengthen donor relations and be the sole participant to attend the President’s Club reception in 2023. I also attended various workshops and conferences for the CPH during my time there.
